"I recently spent six nights at the Boma Lifestyle Hotel in Dakar as a solo female traveler, and my experience was outstanding. The attention to detail in the rooms, the excellence of service, and the warm, home-like atmosphere rivaled those of 5-star hotels. The staff treated me so well that it felt like I was among family. The rooms were immaculate, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job. The food was consistently excellent, a solid 10/10—I didn’t dislike a single meal. The hotel is very safe, with great attention to detail throughout. It’s conveniently located near many attractions, in an area undergoing development. I loved my bungalow; it truly felt like home, and the staff felt like friends. Special thanks to Dieydi, Dee, Fatima, Solomon, and all the amazing staff! There were nights when they went out of their way to ensure I got a taxi safely and returned to the hotel without any issues. They also made sure I was comfortable at the BOMA Club, always showering me with compliments. The food is incredible—my compliments to the chef! I highly recommend trying their brunch, Thieboudienne, and Yassa Poulet if you visit. Their desserts are also fantastic. "

"Good, basic business hotel. Exactly what you would expect from an Ibis. Facilities were all fine. Biggest problem was that there was construction going on all the time. I tried to take a call from my room and there was loud drilling in the corridor which made it pretty difficult. Breakfast was shared with the Novotel next door and pretty good."
