"There is no sitting in reception area; you cannot wait if you arrive little earlier than check-in time. If you wish to drop your bag for a while you have to pay! People are very unfriendly."

"The hotel advertised as new. If anmything this was a reno. So deceptive and unpleasant we did not even stay on night."

"Quiet. Everything you need in the safe neighborhood. Subway to everywhere right outside the door"

"Staff responsive to compensation the day after we waited for their shuttle bus at the airport, which btw. Texted me that arrived next morning. Basic, comfortable hotel to spend a night on our way….clean."

"The property was beautiful and very clean. Upon walking in the entrance it smelled amazing. Tons of food options within walking distance or by uber. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was chef’s kiss and felt amazing. There were 2 issues with my stay and they weren’t major. The iron in the room didn’t work, but front desk staff resolved that issue very quickly. The other was no ice bag liners for the ice bucket. Outside of that I enjoyed my stay. The location is close...

"It was a short stay but good. The airport shuttle was right on time and all went well."

"It had plenty of space, was clean, the staff was very friendly and available 24/7, and it had a great location. I would stay here again whenever I return to NY."

"Accessible room had a little space to actually maneuver. Underneath the bed was dirty (was cleaned upon request). Check out was at 12 PM but staff was barging in by 11:30 …. while I was getting dressed might I add."

"location is their only benefit, everything was run down, its $25 for continental breakfast. no vending machines, small store was not well maintained or stocked. Doorman was great."
