"Appartement is volledig uitgeleefd! Miserabele matrassen die helemaal niet vernieuwd zijn zoals de advertentie beweert. Vlekken op lakens en kussens, gaten in beddengoed, doorgezakte zetels (de naam zelfs niet waardig!). Ik had extra betaald om beddens opgemaakt te hebben en handdoeken ter beschikking te stellen. Was NIET gebeurd. Twee keer gebeld naar Expi en ze beloofden te komen maar we zagen ze niet. Na 18u niemand meer bereikbaar en vermits het een dag later zondag was zaten we behoorlijk...

"From start to finish, our break in Gandia was amazing. Ester met us on our arrival at the apartment and from the moment we stepped in the door, we were blown away. Literally! The beautiful breeze blowing through added to the feeling of openness the wrap around balcony provides. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and exceeded all expectations. Ester is so lovely and was there to answer questions we had. I cannot recommend Gandia and Esters apartment any higher. Truly wonderful."

"Ha ido mal. Después de confirmarme la reserva, cobrarme el importe d la reserva íntegro ,recibo un correo al día siguiente diciéndome q no está disponible el alojamiento y q el importe d la reserva ya me lo devolverán en el plazo de 14 días, dejándome sin dinero y sin vacaciones. Mando correo reclamando el reembolso y me van llevando de correo en correo. Ya veremos si me lo devuelven."

"José e Inma han estado en todo momento muy atentos. Nos faltaron almohadas y se averió el aire acondicionado, y nos dieron una rápida solución. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 2 minutos de la playa. La playa es de arena fuera y dentro. En Agosto había gente, pero podías encontrar hueco. Andando a 7 minutos tienes muchos restaurantes. Para gestionar expectativas, hay que tener en cuenta que el apartamento está en un edificio antiguo tipo años 70, pero con ascensor. Al apartamento es igual...
