"Wir waren 4 Freundinnen, die sich seit über 40 Jahre kennen und treffen uns jährlich für eine Woche in schöner Umgebung. Diesmal wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das wunderschöne Häuschen war inmitten von Weinreben, etwas vom Weingut entfernt. Es war geräumig, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut und alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. "This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."

"The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked. "

"Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments."

"Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun. "

"Good to have this new hotel, very new room and great facilities. I really like the GHD hairdryer. The area is a little far from the town center but still walkable. Other than the check-in process, I was not greeted otherwise, usually this is not the case for this pricing point."
