"Room is worn especially the bathroom needs some TLC rm 144. The beds are to soft for my liking. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time every thing was fresh and delicious especially the red chile. The breakfast staff were great."

"The property was lovely, clean and the furniture was comfortable. Communication with Hummingbird Properties was very easy. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed while we were onsite. "

"Toilet was stuffed up and not working. No one available to fix it. Requested room change. The furniture requires maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioning was not working well and was blowing some warm air. The room sheets were dirty full of hair and needed to be cleaned. The hot tub was not working properly and pool water not clean. The property is not well maintained or properly managed. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. "

"This house had many things we liked and many we felt could have improved our stay. -Cons-The house is dated and has many quirks. Smelled like the 80s, one master had a broken blind and there was no sleeping in, lighting at night isn’t great, 100 light switches and hot tub was dirty. Pros- Had many utensils, man stuff if you are staying in to cook, the layout of the house worked out very well for our stay, location was great, house had lots of space and co.oa y was very responsive when we needed help.#Overall it was a great stay for pricing compared to other homes. We would stay again."
