"The facility check-in was brief at the facility office. A young teen was at the front desk who provided us the bare minimum information. He was polite but we expected to be escorted to our room for a tour. The facility is dated needing some obvious maintenance; however the floor plan of our condo was outstanding— 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full central air, great kitchenette, and a great outside deck with a gorgeous view of the area mountains, forests and downtown Ruidoso. We estimated the condo was approximately 1500 sf, plenty of space for me and my wife. Would we rent a condo again? You bet!"

"The property itself was clean, the room not so much. There was a half full coke bottle on the floor, a used qtip, and trash behind the window shade. The bed was clean and comfortable so we slept well which was the most important. The staff were very friendly and professional."
