Quiet weekend getaway

You really will unwind in the pines.

Absolutely a wonderful home away from home. This cabin will be our go to cabin when we go to Ruidoso. Brian was was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This place is amazing! Such a cute property that is obviously loved and cared for! They have thought of everything you might need; we have stayed at other properties and have learned to bring our own things like toilet paper, hand soap and spices…totally unnecessary for this place! Great get away.

We enjoyed the cabin. We plan to return. Great secluded spot. All the amenities you could want. Hot tub was so awesome we are planning on purchasing one! David was awesome. We did have an issue with door code not working. But eventually David returned our call and gave us a workaround code.

The house was amazing Beautiful scenery Warmly decorated fir Christmas Managed to have everything we forgot...spices, shampoo, Ziploc bags, foil, etc. so nice to not have to run back out to the store. Great stay in Ruidoso!

We highly enjoyed our stay here. The property is tidy, clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed, and has great views, all conveniently located to downtown Ruidoso. The owners have also provided so many thoughtful touches down to relaxing aromatics for the hot tub. The owners were also quick to respond to questions/issues. The only negative of this property was the unfortunate septic system smell both indoor and out. The owners have put air fresheners in every room in attempt to help. Despite this I’d stay here again due to all the other positives.

Peaceful retreat

The cabin was so incredibly cozy and gorgeously decorated and designed. It was clean and exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was perfect to prep meals, the living area and bedrooms were super comfy, and the bathrooms were wonderful and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. At night, we enjoyed star gazing on the deck and watching all the wildlife pass by during the day. It’s in a prime location close to downtown area shops and restaurants and a short/scenic hour away from White Sands National Park. The hosts were great at communicating, very responsive. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your cabin. We had a wonderful time!

Sewer Smell

We had sewer smell throughout the house. It was real bad in the rest rooms. The master bath was a joke. An addition on to the house and felt like it was going to fall off every time I went to the toilet. No heat in the master bath. The rest of the facility was impeccable.

Cute but Stinky

We were very excited for this cabin. The photos are super cute and the cabin lived up to that... I would say décor is a 10 but contractor who clearly remolded this old place is a 4, the remodel was done very shotty and cheap. The entire cabin and 2nd studio cabin stink. The main cabin smells like cat pee and the studio smells like old musty wet towels. The owner clearly knows this as there is room spray in every room. It doesn't help. I really loved the cabin but the smell was horrible and hard to put up with. The hot tub was also smelly... there clearly weren't enough chemicals in it as the water was kinda yellow and it smelled bad. It was just a trip of bad smells and we tried to stay out of the cabin for this reason. I loved the kitchen, layout and everything else about this place but that darn smell was awful. I wouldn't ever rent this place again and I hope the owner can get rid of the smell.

Cozy Up Graded Cabin

The cabin was unique in design & very clean. Fire Pit was Amazing & private. Art work and lighting was awesome. Beds we’re comfortable 3 bathrooms handy. Loved the coded locking system we 3 lady’s felt safe and secure.

Summer Getaway

Loved the cabin! It was decorated so tastefully and everything worked. We had to get gas for the fire pit but glad we did. We enjoyed sitting around it and gazing the stars. Will want to book it again when we come back.

Beautiful!!

This cabin was everything the listing portrays. The check in process was seamless, the owner was super responsive and kind with any questions I had, and the cabin was perfectly clean and stocked with pretty much everything you can think of needing for a stay. The view was gorgeous! Our favorite part was hanging out in the hottub in the evenings with the beautiful view. It is very close to town, but yet feels far away. Not a single negative thing to say about it! We will definitely be back to this cabin!!

Super cute and clean cabin!

We loved everything about this cabin! It was perfect! The views were great, great location, and it was super cute and clean! We had a minor issue with the hot tub (not the hot tub itself…we just didn’t know what we were doing) on the first night and David texted right back with help. He even sent over someone within minutes to help us! Everything worked, and the instructions in the welcome book were super helpful! We definitely recommend. It was a great vacation and a wonderful cabin!
