The view is spectacular!! Floor to ceiling windows gives you a beautiful view of the mountain. Large Deck with gas grill, hot tub and patio furniture for outdoor entertaining.

The house has an open floor plan with large kitchen, living area and bedrooms.

The lower level is the living area, kitchen, master bedroom with bath (king size bed), bedroom with bath (king size bed) & utility/mud room. The upper level has a living/game room, master bedroom with bath (king size bed) & bedroom with bath (king size bed & bunk beds).

There are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

We have a property manager that will meet the traveler upon arrival and walk you through all of the amenities and workings of the home.

Absolutely perfect getaway

My family and I had the most amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful everything was. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches throughout.The scenery was just breathtaking, and it felt like we were tucked away in our own little paradise. It was the perfect balance of modern comfort and rustic charm. Nice, quiet, secluded, but close to town

This house is very nice and just right for our 4 retired couples who travel together. Marissa met us on our arrival and showed us around the place. It’s very roomy and has a nice big kitchen area. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous view, great home for our group!

This home was more than perfect for our stay! There were 5 adults in our group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very peaceful neighborhood with spectacular views. Those who wanted enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ruidoso!

Beautiful Home

Views this home provides are breathtaking! We had such a smooth check in and check out. House was spotless when we arrived. Property manager was super attentive . Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

We loved this house, plenty of room for my family. The location is great and there is plenty to do at the house itself without having to leave the property. The lady that looks after the property named Marissa was very helpful and answered any question I had. Will definitely stay again.

The Christmas Trip

My Christmas gift to my children and grandchildren was this ski trip to Ruidoso. The house was a great family gathering place; it was comfortable for all and a in a good location with amazing views! We made many new Christmas memories to hold dear.

Lovely Home - Amazing View

We all had a really great time at this property. It's so spacious and gorgeous that I wish we could stay forever! It was really nice for two families of 4, we took the downstairs and the other family took upstairs. The 2 living rooms worked out well for that. The view from the deck was fantastic. We could see a little of the 4th of July fireworks from the Inn of Mountain God right from the balcony. It was truly a wonderful house and I feel blessed to be able to spend a week there with family and friends. I gave it overall 4 stars because there were a couple minor things that weren't what I expected, and if fixed would easily make this a 5 star place. 1) Pool table was essentially unusable because the tips on all the sticks were missing, and the table itself was in pretty rough shape. 2) Water pressure in the master shower downstairs was very low. It took a good 5 minutes for the hot water to start coming through and the pressure was so low that I opted to use the other shower downstairs instead of the master. 3) No blender in kitchen. I often find a blender at rentals, so was surprised one was not available. These things matter because the nice master bathroom and and pool table were factors in choosing this place. Overall we all still really loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Ruidoso. Looking forward to coming back !

When we arrived in Ruidoso it was flooding but Marissa was so helpful in guiding us to a location that the kids could play games and we could relax & wait for the water to recede. Marissa went above and beyond to make sure we could get to the house safely and when we arrived she went through the house explaining everything to us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We were looking for wheelchair accessible with lots of space for kids and this home was perfect for all! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Spacious House with a Mountain View

Amazing Home

Great layout and amenities for a large group. The ping pong table, pool table and hot tub were very popular among the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and so much space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Big beautiful house in very cool area

We are a group of friends who were getting together to see a friend who moved to the area. Upon arrival we were met by Marissa to get the keys and give us a run down of the house. She also answered questions about the area and gave suggestions of local places to visit etc. The town was and is going through a lot w fires and floods but this house was fortunate to be spared. We were out eating/drinking/shopping in the community as that’s how businesses survive. Hopefully the town can recover quickly. But it was still beautiful with very hospitable community members. We wish them well.

When we visit Ruidoso again in the future we will definitely be staying at this property. Absolutely beautiful home with every accommodation you can think of, and the view is amazing! Any questions we had they were always answered promptly. The property owners were wonderful as well, so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Ruidoso area.
