"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."

Amazing!
"Just AMAZING! Right in the village, the hotel is magnificent and the host very helpful and friendly. Parking is on the other side of the hotel and the réceptionniste made sure we knew where to go and even propose to come with us. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the rooms top clean. We had to leave early in the morning and they made sure to prepare coffee before we left. We highly recommend!"
