"The property is not open for use but VRBO still has it on thier site. It was a huge inconvenience to go there with children and have to find another place to stay since they have not been open since Covid period "

"Ich habe aus Versehen ein Paar Sterne gegeben & kann leider nicht rückgängig machen. Ich bin ein Opfer eines Betrugs geworden. Ich bin am 13.08.2024 letzten Dienstag in Nairobi angekommen & habe festgestellt, dass leider das Apartment das ich gebucht hatte nicht existiert. Die Straße, Telephonenummer & Name des Apartments waren alle falsch. Habe versucht das Geld vergeblich rückgängig zu machen. Bucht dieses Apartment nicht. Es handelt sich hier um Betrug."

"Caroline was the perfect host. Easily available and excellent communicator. The location is perfecr tmfor family stay and especially long stays. The amenities and access to shopping area was added value. I highly. It is not too far off the mombasa highway yet tucked neatly away in a quiet neighborhood. Security was also very vigilant about guest announcements and kids trying to ride bikes out of the safe compound."

"My go-to hotel whenever I'm in Nairobi. I just love it - the location, price, condition of the facility, kindness and professionalism of the staff are unmatched. I only had one problem during this stay - internet problems that drove me to the hotel next door to use THEIR WiFi. Problem was resolved by the next day. "
