"Perfect place and rental stuff"

"Here are a few issues I had at the apartment 1. Noticed the door at the living room is always opened and a staff member can just barge in. It was like the living room is an extension of their office. I didn't appreciate it and tried enforcing privacy at some time and was told to just focus on my room. 2. I constantly had to remind the manager about internet disruption, electricity getting exhausted. If you are a business person, I would not recommend this apartment. 3. Janvier is a nice guy. Same as the cleaning lady. They are the only positives in my experience. 4. Overall, I think the property managing needs a bit more training on customer relations. 5. It is a shared apartment and you may want to use a headphone cuz your apartment mate might be busy,,,,, if you know what I mean. "

"Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. "

"Nice Property but very poor amenities , no air condition, difficult getting hot water from the bathroom, poor WiFi connection, Poor Customer service. Just waste of money booking these property."

"Room was clean spacious and acceptable. Sparingly/minimally furnished. Just a little stool not even a chair on which to sit. This could be easily improved. Grace the host was very courteous and helpful though."

"The staff are a bit hostile and always have to tell them to clean my room and sometimes they don't claiming they forget.. Overall I'll give them 4/10"
