"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Premium hotel. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. And each staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of options for the breakfast. The Air con in the hotel was absolultely life saving during the hot weather."

"We liked the rooms and the breakfast (in the nearby restaurant). Both rooms were clean and comfortable. There isn't much in terms of amenities We had some issue with the parking as guests are parked in front of and behind each other and early 1 morning I was woken up and asked to find my husband to move our car.... I ended up at reception in my pj's! The staff apologized but blamed it on other guests and later refused any notion of waiving the parking fee for that day. Not ideal."

"The hotel had very large spacious rooms. They were however somewhat dated. There was a delicious breakfast included, just a shame that the breakfast staff are unnecessarily abrupt to guests about taking a fruit / pastry away with you."

"Overall, I had a good stay at S-Club Resort Aqua Park and Spa. The resort is safe, well-located, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was one of the highlights of my visit, with good food, a nice ambiance, and an extraordinary waterfall feature that makes the dining experience truly special. However, there is room for improvement regarding cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I expected, and the shower was particularly very dirty upon arrival. This was disappointing and affected my first impression of the accommodation. Despite this issue, the resort has many positive aspects, especially the restaurant, facilities, and overall atmosphere. With better attention to room cleanliness, the guest experience would be much improved."
