"We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

"The Kinta Bali Villa is obviously a satisfactory hotel for your stays at Ipoh! The Owner of this Hotel is a very nice and decent business man who has provided such well-renovated and friendly-manner hotel! Beautiful, clean, and serene

"Our stay at Ipoh Bali hotel was fantastic. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and clean, decorated with carved wood. We loved having breakfast outside in our private garden area, and feeding the koi carp with the hotel provided fish food. We look forward to staying here again and recommending this hotel to our friends and family! "
