"The hotel is in a great location, right on a canal and close the the main old town square. It's a converted 13th/14th century convent, so a really charming, slightly quirky building. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It was lovely sitting in the lounge looking out on the canal. We had a "Heritage" room facing the Belfry in Grote Markt (famous in its on right, also featured in the movie "In Bruges"). Our room's decor was a bit tired and not as cool as the rest of the hotel or the photos on the website, which was disappointing."

"Staff members Nils and Susanna were wonderful. Nils assisted us with contacting our driver and arranging our Saturday pickup. Susana was very welcoming and helpful with information. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful in changing our towels. One young lady with long blonde hair on the desk was a problem. I didn’t get her name. She answered “I don’t know” to every question, said she was unable to call our driver. Nils called him later. Worst, however, our driver arrived earlier than expected, but she refused to call our room to tell us. She told him we were asleep. My husband had already talked to her at the desk over an hour earlier. The driver had to wait with the meter running for over an hour until we came downstairs. This cost us A LOT OF MONEY."

Green Park Hotel Brugge

"We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!"

"Convenient hotel with very helpful staff, excellent parking secure facilities included in the price, and a small but functional gym and wellness area which is great for relaxing. Motorcycle traveller friendly. Recommended!"

"Bathroom was a little on the older side and could be updated but the hotel staff and room itself were clean and comfortable. Appreciated the proximity to the bus and train station as it was very walkable. We paid for a room with a view that was very minimal and probably wasn’t needed in the end. Overall the stay was lovely."

"Nice hotel, clean and well located on the edge of the city right beside the main train and bus stations for those wishing to use public transport, we used a hire car as we wished to explore Ypres and the surrounding WW1 museums etc at our own leisure, car parking was very easy as the hotel sits on the same site as the stations car park and is only €8 per night. The staff were exellent, all staff members were pleasent and helpful at all times during our stay. Breakfast was good although the restaurant / breakfast area was quite small, and there is no evening meals available apart from some small bar snacks which are tasty and enough satisfy, with plenty of options for food in the city. Overall a solid hotel."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff were super nice especially Mattis. The only negative point was how they designed the shower glass door. It leaked everywhere and ended up with wet floors"
