"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"The hotel is a little dated looking but has a spacious carpark. Exceptionally helpful staff and a very decent breakfast. Room was clean with a good shower. Very well placed for travel into Ypres and beyond and was ideal for our trip."

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy.
