So friendly & welcoming, super helpful and then Diane (or Diana) also went above & beyond to provide ex excellent customoer service. Hadnt planned an overnight stay 2 weeks later on return trip but ended up needing to. Immediately booked here. This will be my go to place traveling between Michigan & Minnesota from now on, as long as there's availability. Fairly basic rooms, but very clean & comfortable & customer service means a whole lot to me!"
