"House was very clean and a great size for our group of parents w/ 2 college age kids and 2 of their friends. It was super convenient just a few miles to Attitash ski area. Found beds very comfortable and hot tub was clean. We were able to bring our dog which saved money vs a dog sitter. "

Negatives were, while the surfaces were clean, the corners, rafters and skylight had an abundance of cobwebs and bugs (mostly spiders). Both bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are very steep and narrow with no railing on one side. No bathroom upstairs which is why I wouldn't recommend for families with small children. "House is very spacious and enough room for everyone to spread out. Kids enjoyed the game room and theater room the most. Located in good and quiet neighborhood. Over all had a great time."
