"We had a lovely stay here. As described, the property is very small but it worked for our short break. The outside is private and having an allocated parking space was useful. We found a good bakery and lovely beaches in Duingt. Thank you!"

"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

"Le logement est correct pour un séjour où l'on a plutôt prévu de passer du temps à l'extérieur. Il est très bien situé à quelques pas du lac et du centre ville. L'arrivée autonome est bien expliquée et facile. En revanche les finitions de l'appartement, les équipements, la literie, le plafond très mansardé faisant qu'il n'y a que quelques zones où l'on peut tenir debout confortablement sont des points à avoir en tête et qui rendent l'expérience mitigée. Globalement pour une cinquantaine d'euros...

The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "
