Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."

"Rooms are clean but very small."

"This is an excellent hotel - we only stayed one night as we were travelling on to other locations but I have to say that the reception staff were super helpful. The rooms are very good and the hotel is very clean. It was a great choice as the location is super as well - the hotel is situated on a lovely pedestrian street with tons of restaurants and bars - lovely just to stroll up and down."

They did not release the code to enter until 3pm and had not let us know this- having previously said we would get an email 24 hours before so I tried chasing it to ensure I had correctly booked the rooms.
