Extra Persons for Larger Groups - up to 17 persons at Sunspot Villa!

If the group wants to have 17 persons the following will occur.

Currently the room booking is for double occupancy. At 6 bedrooms, this would total 12 persons
Sunspot can accommodate up to 5 additional guests if we add a single bed to 3 different rooms.
Currently bedroom number 1 has 2 queen beds; And, can sleep 4 persons.
For the other 3 additional guests Sunspot will add a single bed in bedroom 2, bedroom 3 and bedroom 4.
This note was to advise the guests that 1 room can sleep 4 persons and 3 of the other rooms can sleep 3 persons if required.
Extra persons cost over the 12 persons is $75 per person per night.
Villa is able to supply cribs and high chairs upon request at a cost.

PRE-PAID GRATUITIES WILL BE ADDED TO THIS INVOICE FOR STAFF GRATUITIES. THE RATE IS 12.5% FOR STAFF GRATUITIES. THIS WILL SAVE YOU BRINGING CASH TO THE VILLA TO PAY FOR THE STAFF AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.
