"Very clean and great location "

"Very clean and convenient location; super helpful staff available 24/7. The only very minor downside is that the property is right downtown so it can be loud on a Friday or Saturday night (noise from the street) and inside, the doors aren't very sound proof so you can hear all the hallway noise. Bring earplugs!"

"On arrival the property had a weird smell like cat pee or damp we bought air fresheners from the shop downstairs which masked the smell. Besides this the apartment was clean the smell of cleaning products was present when opening the fridge which was pleasant. The bed wasn’t the comfiest the spring were very prominent, maybe a mattress topper would be a good idea. "

"We were visiting family and have to make the trip several times a month. Perfect location only 10 min walk to area we needed. Can’t use it all the time due to cost and the amount of days a month we need."

"Very central location. It IS right in the centre of Liverpool’s party zone which was fine for us! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc. it would be good to have some temperature control in the apartment and It would be useful to list the apartment numbers on each corridor door so you know which one to go through! "

"Apartment was as described. It did have some missing slats from the bedroom shades causing light to shine in very early. "

"Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry! "

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"definitely one of the better apartment options amongst a sea of indifference and beaucoup chateau du merde. quite well equipped and furnished. decent bedding and towels. good wifi. Quiet but close to L1 "

"Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience. Terrible PR by the company."
