"This place was great! The complimentary airport taxi service was very useful especially in getting back to the airport to rent a car. The suites had dishes cutlery and stovetop and microwave for full cooking experience! There was also a laundry room and gym. If you are doing business in Calgary or need a home base close to the airport this is your place! Staff was also great! Rooms were quiet and sound proof, nice showers and the bed was really comfy. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Very Kind employee's that I met in all Departments at this location. Very clean room and all amenities fully stocked. Nice selection of coffee's and tea's in room; aswell as numerous Channel's I was not even aware of including Disney (for families; yea!!!). They do have a business centre but no printer: that has to be done at the desk. The room I stayed in the lamps did not work by the bedside; lightbulbs must need changing, and there was no phone use from my room available, even to check for messages at the front desk. Beautiful selection in the continental breakfast available. Would recommend to others. "

"Airport shuttle is an excellent service. Easy to navigate, very kind and helpful driver. Arrived not long after we called the hotel. The front staff are amazing and efficient. We will always be staying at Hotel 11 when we visit Calgary..thank you for such a positive stay"

"Clean, updated room. I was impressed that a pet friendly room could be so nice. I had a wonderful and restful stay with my furry best friend. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food in the on site restaurant was convenient and good."
