"Great traditional Spa hotel with lots of history. Lots of related services and treatments available, smoke sauna, pool area and traditional saunas. Rooms and public areas were nice and tidy, personnel very pleasant and informative. After a long drive it was great to get some bathing time and a massage on a short notice. Lovely. Can`t really find much to point out for improvement other than the location :) Not frequenting Iisalmi region you see. Warmly recommended"

"Siistit huoneet ja yleiset tilat. Hyvä keittiö. Pesukonekin löytyy. Eli oikein mainio paikka pysähtyä yöksi esimerkiksi matkalla pohjoiseen. Itse ehkä hieman vieroksun jaettuja kylpyhuoneita, mutta täällä ne olivat erittäin siistejä ja toimivia. Palasin paluumatkalla tänne."

" Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass der Eigentümer das Haus gerade verlassen hat und gleich wieder kommt. Alle Räume waren verschmutzt und sämtliche Schränke waren vollgestopft mit Wäsche und anderen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Wir hätten die ganze Zeit quasi aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Selbst im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren noch Lebensmittel.  Nach Reklamation wurde als Entschädigung eine Übernachtung im Hotel zugesagt und das...
