"After a long day, we checked into our room and discovered bugs. It wasn’t the welcome I was hoping for. We had our young kids with us, and I couldn’t risk them, myself, or my husband getting bitten. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and lobby which made us leave immediately. I was recommended this hotel to stay in but I will not be staying here again."

"I stayed here two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was smooth, but everything went downhill once we got to the room. It looked nothing like what was advertised online. The room was extremely small, felt cramped, and was not clean. I honestly felt claustrophobic being inside. I went back to the front desk to ask if there were any other room options available, but I was told they were completely sold out. What made this even more frustrating was that I could clearly see multiple rooms that appeared vacant, and there was even availability showing online at the time. The room itself was very outdated, with chipped and worn furniture that made it feel even less inviting. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable—very stiff—and I woke up with back aches the next morning. To make matters worse, the noise level was terrible. Neighbors were dragging furniture throughout the night and into the early morning, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The only positive I can mention is the location—it’s convenient and in a good area. However, the overall experience, lack of transparency, condition of the room, and noise issues made this stay very unpleasant. I would not stay here again."

"I do love this place, i think this is my 4th stay? Communication is great and any questions very quickly answered. I would however *beg* for blackout blinds on the windows - we don’t all want to be awake at dawn! And a full length mirror would be a huge win, though I have literally made friends with other women using the huge one in the hallway downstairs….."
