"Staff were very unfriendly. The only person that smiled was the front desk manager. HVAC was broken in our room and we froze ALL night. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was old reheated wings. Horrible experience for such an “upscale name” and price. "

"The bathroom had lots of hair and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. House keeping didn’t bother to change the sheets or dump the trash. "

"The property needs to be updated and refreshed. I found a stink bug in the room. The patio door was broken. The room smelled musty. I also do not like that you have to join Marriott Bonvy in order to access free WiFi. Most places offer free WiFi while staying at their hotel."

"I loved everything about the hotel until I was trying to sleep and was awakened by dog barking. That really really angered me. I do love dogs but I do also believe there's a place for them and at a hotel. I think that there should be a floor dedicated to owners who have pets so I would have given a five-star but I can't because I was really angered and bothered that my sleep was broken and I couldn't go right back to sleep because of the barking dogs"

"The ice machine was not working. No housekeeping was included, although it was stated in the ads that it was to be included. The linen was very thin and limited. The TV would not connect to any network stations. Breakfast was very limited."

"Here’s a strong, honest review you can use for Hotels.com: ⸻ The best part of our stay was definitely the parking situation—it was convenient, easy to access, and made coming and going stress-free. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The water in the bathroom never got hot and remained lukewarm the entire stay. Cleanliness was a major issue—there was dog food under and beside the couch, and the shower had noticeable hair buildup, including large clumps that had to be removed. Even more concerning, there appeared to be black mold around all four sides of the shower. We also noticed signs of termite activity, including what looked like swarming termites and visible termite damage under the window in the room. To top it off, there were dead wolf spiders in the corners. Overall, aside from the parking, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations."
