"Friendly, efficient and effective check-in. Great apartment with heaps of space. The bathroom had a shower with very strong pressure and heat — perhaps the best I have had. The hotel is on a plaza and has a bottle shop literally two shops away and lots of food and entertainment possibilities all around. "

"We spent several nights here. The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely. The restaurant has good food for a reasonable price. The view is stunningly beautiful. I would stay here again if I come back to the area."

"This is an absolutely nice hotel just in the city centre of Ruse. The room was quiet and well equipped, and the staff was very kind and polite. Staff behavior is very customer oriented. We felt very well during our stay in the hotel."
