When I turned the bed down the fitted sheet wasn't all the way on and the top sheet was half way down the bed. The kicker was the laminated card with Sylvia's name on it giving a QR code to leave her a tip! Breakfast choices good but fritata wasn't warm so I left it. Rest of breakfast was good."

Penn Yan is a small town but the hotel is located very near several restaurants, stores, and taverns. All in walking distance. The only thing about this hotel and that it has only one elevator and it is very slow. "
