"We have been staying on Pass-A-Grille for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at many hotels, condos, and VRBO. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did miss a good view of the water, but It didn't take more than a few minutes to get to the beach. The one thing we did appreciate was the kitchen. It was well stocked with hand towels, dish towels, blender, coffee maker, soap, paper towels, and more! And they provided beach chairs and beach towels. Very nice place."

"We had a terrible experience and I was very generous with giving them one star. I would have given them no stars, but that was not an option. The door was completely open when we arrived. The thermostat read 91 degrees and the air conditioner was not working. When I called the property owner that said they were sending someone over to repair it. They did but I was not hopeful it would be repaired. I was assured that it would be fixed and I did not need to look for another place to stay. I...

"The check-in process was quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic supplies needed to cook and dine in. The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! Our stay was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!"

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. "The rental is furnished beautifully as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Great location as well. Owner was easy to work with as well. Would stay here again. Only recommendation is to update the deposit policy to be in line with other VRBO rentals we have rented from before. The only option with this rental is to pay the non-refundable damage deposit or pay a very large deposit which is refundable 2 weeks after check out. Wish there was a 3rd option where they just hold your credit card...

"5 day 'girls' trip! Could not ask for better - room ready when we arrived a bit early. Jordan and Vanessa were great at Bongos. Adam at Spinners was very friendly and very personable as our server. Sunset views beathtaking. Beach was amazing, room very comfortable. Lots of live entertainment at Bongos. Cabanas were a must due to sun/heat however meant we were in line before 8am for a good view (always ended up in row 2)"
