Amazing overnight stay! Everything from entrance of hotel to my room was super clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was brand new and well kept! As a person who doesn't sleep well away from home, this place was perfect and I had No problem resting comfortably. Great comfy bed and quiet, spacious rooms! Free hot breakfast was good and if your in a hurry and don't have time to sit and eat, they have breakfast bags for your travel. Close to restaurants and shopping too! ...

Room was very clean as well as living and dining room. Staff did excellent job to accommodate us and breakfast was very good. Exterior entry as well as the porch floor, swing and chairs were a mess with bird poo and a stack of cardboard on the porch made the entry unpleasant

I booked through Expedia and they (Expedia) misrepresented the accommodations. The information about the room and the email confirmation I received stated that the room would have 2 queen beds and a fold-out couch. When we arrived late in the evening we discovered there was no fold-out couch. My daughter's boyfriend was with us and thus, had nowhere to sleep. This is my first time leaving a review. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk made me feel like I was home! No joke. I even told my mom about it. She was so warm and inviting and made it seem like we had known each other forever. The hotel has this cool robot called Tigerbot. It’s so cool to watch how it delivers items to your door that you requested and how it goes back to its home base on the first floor. As always, the room was clean and the pool was enjoyable. This hotel is very nice! We originally booked at the Marriott in Columbus, GA but it’s looked so old and “vintage” that I changed my mind... so I decided to book at the Courtyard by Marriott and I absolutely love it! I would definitely stay again!

Property was updated well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was well done.
