Great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this B&B. Tim was great, room was beautiful and immaculate and breakfasts were delicious! Lots of places nearby to hike and enjoy the outdoors. Will definitely be back!

It’s a lovely property right on the Conewango River. They have 10 acres that my dogs loved to romp on. Our room is large and lovely. Great communication. It’s just what we were looking for! Peaceful.

My room was charming and delightful. it was spotlessly clesn and very comfortable. Tim, the host, is an interesting person and fun to talk with which we did durig the delicious breakfast. What a lovely pexperience.
