Newly renovated home with Kayaks + Pool


  • Sea Shell Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on Russell Island with easy access to excellent restaurants, local favorites, and sandy beaches.

    This newly remodeled home features all new appliances and furniture, boasting an open layout with large kitchen and island. Two bedrooms provide comfortably large king beds with the third room made up of 2 sets of full size bunk beds. It is the perfect location for two families or a friends getaway.

    The many windows throughout house allow for a fresh breeze but there is a newly installed central A/C. Wi-Fi is included along with access to 65 inch smart TV in living room and smaller TV in master bedroom.

    Sea Shell Cottage resides on an quiet street that dead ends in to sandy water. Enjoy a stroll to the end and cast for bonefish when the tide is right. You have access to 2 two-person kayaks with paddles and wheels. The large grassy backyard is surrounded by privacy fence and offers plenty of space for outdoor games. We have a large above ground pool (52 inches deep), a propane grill, and two picnic tables with umbrellas.

    The closest airport is North Eleuthera (ELH). From there, you will take a short taxi ride followed by ferry to Spanish Wells. We can help you arrange transportation from airport as well as give contacts for dockage and golf cart rentals. Our property manager will greet you upon arrival to dock and direct you to house. Once you arrive at ferry dock you will be greeted and escorted to house.

    ****Note: $150 cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival, fee is $200 if more than 6 people****

Beautiful, comfortable house!

We had an amazing time on our trip. The house was really nice, everything was renovated and clean. Communication with the property manager was fast and the listing was spot on. We loved it and truly hated to leave.

So happy we found this place! We have been to Spanish Wells several times and have always stayed with friends. This time, however, we brought family so needed a larger home. Wow! So glad I found this place! The home is very spacious and had everything for our 6 day stay. Plenty of hot water for all 7 of us to take back-to-back showers, kitchen fully stocked to help make meals at home and the washer/dryer made it easy on this Mom! Pool was a great bonus! Easy check in, Central A/C and in a great location on Russell (can access the beach/water at the end of the street). Have already recommended it to someone on the Ferry ride who wants to bring their family back.

a wonderful vacation

The house was beautiful , everything was clean and was easy to keep clean, the host was very nice ,she helped us to resolve problems fast, and the Housekeeper helped us with all the luggage at the dock with her car, which was very kind, all in one ,we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely place, the beach was wonderful. And spanish wells is just amazing and so peaceful, the only thing that did annoy us at this place, were the neighbours who were making loud man sounds while using gym tools in the evening..... still we would recommend it :)

Host/property manager are great and very attentive.The only issue we had (which is not a big deal if you know) master bath didn’t have a plug to dry hair/other bath plug didn’t work. No mirrors in bedrooms or living room if you need to see to fix/dry your hair. It was really an inconvenience not a problem.I would for sure rent again. House was very clean and location was great
