"The room was overall fine, keeping in mind it's inexpensive, on the side of the road, in Alabama. However, the sheets didn't fit the mattress properly, the desk chair was really old with the vinyl cover pealing off significantly, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. I brought some breakfast up for my kids and it was covered in ants within an hour. The lobby has been renovated and was pleasant. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had decent options, but the omelets were yucky and they were completely out of forks. Waffles and yogurt were good though!"

"The room they had us in was decently clean but the bathroom door had no way to keep it closed and the shower water never got above luke warm. The bathroom walls could have used a coat of paint, and someone had taped a bag over the fire detector so they could smoke in the room. I booked it through this site and the double billed my credit card and tried to tell me I had booked two rooms."

When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps.
