"The home is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and gave off a warm and cozy feelings. The owner was just a phone call away for any problems questions or concerns. I would definitely choose and recommend Kemeco properties if you are in the Lynchburg area. The pictures are just as the home looks on the picture. Very clean and many supplies if you left anything. Thank you again. We will be back."

"The New Winter of 1947 was such an adorable country cottage, we saw deer at night and especially enjoyed the private backyard with a fire pit. Checkin was so easy and the Host response time was excellent and so nice. I loved that it was pet-friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, the Host thought of everything, anything you’d possibly need they had it! I highly recommend the New Winter of 1947 Charming Cottage and would definitely stay there again."

"The property was clean, well stocked, walking distance to several good restaurants. Just wish the parking was more convenient for me it worked only staying one night. I was able to park in front of the building for the limited hours for longer stays you have to park in a parking garage around the corner."

"Perfect little place to stay for the night between driving. Had all the essentials. In a good area too."

"Stay was amazing, communication was superb and is was exactly what the listing described! One personal note I am a hot sleeper so when I return I will probably bring a personal fan. Loved the court yard view and the close walk to all the down town amenities!"
