"Poor. Arrived at locked gate, no answer. If not for printed booking guard would not let my family in. (Had it due to past poor experiences with Hotels.com admin) Receptionist had no notice of booking. Despite written conformation that account was fully paid tried for extra payment. Instead of helping client tried to put blame on Hotels.com. Same with owner next morning. Breakfast which was paid for not availability."

"When one offs The main road.. the area is questionable with some construction and GPS was showing wrong location.. When we arrived at GPS MAPS location, there was a dead end and no Bnb. Asked around some people explained. I called and there was no answer. Then I reset on my Maps GPS and found the place!!! I did sweat for about 10 mins!! Nice cozy place. Good breakfast. "

"The host was great, however the room we were given was not up to our expectation. We had to share a communal bath/shower which was unacceptable. There was no built-in cupboards and our clothes remained in our bags. The price we paid was truly not worth out 3 nights of stay. I surely will not stay there ever again. I would not recommend anyone either. The accommodation is ideal for groups and not for a couple.we made the most of our stay there."

"When we arrived (at 7pm in the evening) it seemed that the booking via Expedia never reached the B&B and that there were no rooms available.. the woman at the reception wasn't very friendly/ helpful and didn't show any compassion towards me being there with my parents without having a room to sleep.. "The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was great! But,we ended up needing to stay in a different building, as their main building was booked full. This building had a very loud echo and you could hear every door that closed and every conversation. They really should add some rugs and curtains to soften the acoustics. It did not help that we had a very loud group there who were there to party at Sun City. But we also heard the staff a lot, and they were not particularly...
