Cozy cottage condo with easy access to TIEC, Hendersonville, Asheville & Boone

  • Cozy cottage condo with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill (charcoal supplied) or enjoy a quiet evening roasting marshmallows around the fire pit out front. Easy access to TIEC, the blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville and, for those traveling medical health providers, we are only 5 minutes to Rutherfordton Hospital. If you are looking for something different, you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.
