"Had trouble locking front door. Communication from host and vrbo took over 5 hours. Garage was tiny and too small for my car. No mention made of restrictions to street parking and no available parking permit. Parking without restrictions was in another street. Unsafe to stay so bc i hadn’t received a response from host by 7:45pm I left. At 8:40pm the host said you will not get a refund. Being disputed now via vrbo guarantee and credit card dispute process. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is very well presented as well as staff. Only issue is. they don't have a fridge in the room and it's only a cooler that doesn't really cool anything. Contacted front desk a few times to have it changed to a working cooler but Never happen within a weeks stay there. But was offered bucket of ice instead but we needed a fridge as it was hot weather and to put our drinks in. That was the only disappointment from our stay they should look into that to make it more of a pleasant stay for people. The staff are excellent and hotel is spacious and very clean."
