"The time I've spent at this hotel was great.The room was big, beds comfortable, the food was great!The spa area was also very nice, with great views towards the mountain and ski area.Also, the outdoor heated swimming pool was a great feature, I had a wonderful time there during the night, with the snow resting on my head, great attraction.Highly recommend this place!"

I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip."

The door to the room would only close after shutting the door hard when i arrived to my room.for the first time the door was open. The room was littered with bugs. "
