★Bluegill Cottage★ by the lake - Kayak, pedal boat, fishing, private dock
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (13)
"This place was a great spot for us to stay while visiting family in Texas. Enjoyed the decks, kayaks, and paddle boat as well as the fire pit. Only negative is that with the hard water in the area you have to use a lot of bottled water and there isn't any recycling. Nothing that this place can help, but perhaps knowing that I can come better prepared if we were to stay here again. Owner was very communicative and thought of everything. Truly a lovely place."

"My wife and absolutely loved this location. This was one of the best places we’ve vacationed at and I would go back in a second. The house is wonderful and right up against the lake. It’s well covered by trees and has everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. This is a great place and I look forward to going back."

The floating dock was perfect. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Patricia is an amazing host. She provided restaurants for us to visit. She knew the best place for my husband to get bait..
