"My daughter and I spent a weekend at the Flackley Ash hotel and had a wonderful time. The food was very good and there is a decent pool and gym there. The best thing though are the staff they are friendly efficient and just make the experience so much better. "

"Location was prefect walking distance to everything and lovely being next to the river with view of boats. Is on main road but the car park gives it distance so no noise. Staff were lovely especially the young bubbly lady who serviced us at breakfast who was very attentive. Room was a brilliant size double bed with 2 single bed we were very comfortable. No fridge was a bit of a let down and the room could use a good deep clean I.e. dust around the pipes in the bathroom. They let use the car park before and after check out which was very handed. "

"The hotel is slightly dated but some rerfurbishment work is currently going on. The room was fine, I slept very well and didnt hear any outside noise. Good shower"
