The only two difficult things were the distance we had to walk, pulling our suitcase to the front door. And the second was a step down into the kitchen from the living room. "I love the Malmaison and have been coming here for years. However, the rooms are in need of a some love and attention. The furniture is worn and the bathrooms have seen better days. Still a great hotel in an amazing location just needs some well deserved investment. Also the restaurant menu is a little restrictive which meant we had to eat out both nights. Staff fantastic as ever. "
