"For convenience you can’t beat the location inside the futuristic Kyoto train station. And if you’ve got a busy schedule of sightseeing the convenient bus station in front takes you to most places for less than $2. The hotel itself is still well maintained and the deluxe rooms w/ tower view are gorgeous. However we rated them 4* for service because we weren’t allowed to drop off bags in the room at 2:40 because check in was at 3:00. We decided to head off as most sights close at 5:00 & returned to hotel at 7:30 (after dinner) to pick up keys packet which had a lot of dinner special coupons which we would’ve used if we’d been allowed to check in. "

"We had great time at the hotel. Staffs were very responsive and helpful. The room is more spacious than expected and the subway/ bus stops at surrounding area makes it super easy to get around. Breakfast is also delicious. Highly recommended."
