"We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back."

The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "Had a great stay. Easy to get to other things/places from here. It is a beach resort with the obvious facilities although somewhat limited in the winter ( February). The unit did have a musty smell from the laundry closet which also had the cleaning equipment. This gave a harsh smell to the place. Once we put the pail and mop on the balcony the smell lessened but still lingered for our stay. While adequately supplied with appliance they are very cheap and temperamental. "We stayed just 4 nights and it was clean and nice place to be. I think even nicer then on showed pictures. Only thing we didnt like is fact that aircon doesnt reach badroom and window was very small so there was really hot at night"

"Amazing place right on the beach, nice view, clean, and most importantly, the host is amazing! We were greeted in person and given many good tips in exploring the neighborhood. The restaurant downstairs (Bio) is very good too. We are looking forward to visit again!"

"Loved our stay in the perfect location. The apartment was a bit smaller than anticipated, but we hardly spent any time in it. The sea views are spectacular. The use of the hotel amenities is a bonus. At the end of the day we used the pool, and after dinner we enjoyed the live entertainment. "Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. It is not right in the center of Cala Millor, but we didn’t want to be. Walking to the center is very feasible, but on our same street and block there was plenty of parking, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and agencies for bicycle rental. "The property is a bit shabby, This could be easily rectified with a tidy up and a lick of white paint. There were a number of faults, coffee pot not working, tv not working, oven not working and no shower curtain. But once reported all (but the cooker) were repaired and replaced within 20 mins. There is no useful information in the accomodation that would have helped us to find our way around, however the position of it is fantastic. Over looking the sea. "This is our 2nd time staying at this apartment and we had another enjoyable stay. We love the position of the apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, pool and the evening entertainment stage. The apartment is clean and tidy and a great size for a family of 4. Access to the apartment is easy via the key safe. The owner Adrian is friendly and helpful and even tried to assist us with finding alternative accommodation when our flight home was cancelled. Highly recommend this host and his lovely...

"Einfach ausgestattetes Apparment mit sehr schönem Meerblick. Direkt vor dem Appartment ungepflegte Gartenanlage . Offensichtlich befindet sich das Restaurant im Umbau. Deswegen ( provisorische?) Versorgung aus einem umgebauten Wohnmobil . Kein Toaster, Salz und Pfeffer. Badewanne sehr unansehnlich mit nachlaufenden Plastevorhang. Großer Balkon wird durch eine sehr unansehnliche, extrem laute Klimaanlage verunstaltet. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Alles in allem viel, viel zu teuer."
