"Poor communication about associated parking and check out, nearly got stuck in the corresponding horseshoe garage. The plumbing went haywire, dirty bubbles were forming in sink while using shower, after fixed by maintenance, cleaning crew was to tidy up, didn't show up for two days, had to call for services, towels, trash pick up, and the staff was hesitant to admit there was a problem or inconvenience, saying these things happen, no way they could predict the issue, so almost saying in tone and approach that it was my issue, not wanting to deal with such things on my vacation. I had to insist on credit, and the room, tissue, towels had an odor. The beds, shower, and general accommodations were generous in size, and comfort, but I did not feel special, like the other time I had stayed there, was a bit disappointed about the fall of standards. It is a great location on the strip, and I really liked the hotel for the price point and general feel in the past, they just need to tighten back up."
