"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The villa surpassed expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. There was plenty of space for 5 of us. The balconies off the bedrooms had lovely sea views. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen was really well stocked making it easy to prepare food. The air con was also very welcome. It felt like a real home from home experience. We wished we could have stayed longer. Only downside was the mosquitoes so come prepared with repellent."

"Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist phänomenal und einzigartig angelegt. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr herzlich und freundlich - und zu unserer Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits gefüllt bei unserer Ankunft mit Leckereien aus der Region. Es gibt zu beachten dass es Nachts recht kalt werden kann auf dieser Finca, aber wir hatten sehr gute Decken und konnten die Nächte daher sehr gut dort verbringen. Wir haben leider...

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"We had a wonderful stay in this villa. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and it was the perfect size. The villa was clean and very cool with aircon units in each bedroom and the living room. The outside space was truly lovely. The pool was immaculate and a great size. We felt like we were on a cruise ship, as we could see the spectacular view of the sea while in the pool. The hosts we very lovely and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back to this fantastic villa."

A wonderful, quiet place with charming views, a perfect location for nearby hiking trips, after which you can cool off in the swimming pool. Excellent contact with the owner. We had a great time. "The house was very nice, my family loved it, it is close to the beautiful coves they have, the host was very kind to us, my children would like to return to that house again, all they need is to make some arrangements to be able to continue renting a place like this, there are many ants, the air conditioning was damaged in one of the rooms, we had to be without air conditioning, there is no air conditioning in the living room, the washing machine was damaged, the water came out when we washed,...

"Front of cooker needed a good clean didn't look as though it had been wiped down properly. Issue with water supply to property for 2 days which was not ideal having young children and an elderly relative"

"Lovely house with big pool and terrace. Location is 30-40 min by car from Palma so car is recommended. Owner is very nice and friendly. Only flaw: We visited with 17 people, so warm water for showers was limited."
