"Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well.
Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time.
Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy.

"Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.
Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren.

"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.

"The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun. There’s very little near this hotel so unless you really mean to kick back and chill then you either need to hire a car or use the bus service which is never on time to get to other locations.

"We finished our trip visiting Sardinia for the very first time. We spent time in the northwest of the island and then spent time on the southwest side of the island. We ended the trip closer to the airport at Hotel Ristorante L'Aragosta. Everywhere we went was fantastic and this was no exception. Only wish we had more time. Hope to come back in the future.
