"The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. "The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. "This was an amazing villa right on the sea front. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief from the heat. I wish the living room also had aircon as it was uncomfortably hot, however the large outside space and pool was where we spent most of our time (bring mosquito repellent for the evenings). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance and right on the beach. I would have no issues recommending this villa."

Well worth the wait.
"Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away."
