"I was travelling on my own witn my 7 and 8 year old girls. We found the hotel very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only down side was the temperature in the room was very hot . The food was good every meal time we found something to eat and my older daughter is a fussy eater Overal we would love to return again. I highly recommend this hotel"

"We had a very good stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. Jose at the bar was incredibly attentive and even treated us to complimentary drinks, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and it was replenished constantly so it was always fresh. There were just a few minor issues during our stay. The pool towels could only be exchanged between 10:00am and 5:30pm, which was a little inconvenient. When we checked in, Annika offered us a room upgrade at an additional cost, explaining that our original booking did not include a sea view. We decided not to pay the extra, but when we arrived at our room, we found that it already had a sea view, which we found a little confusing. We also booked a shuttle to the airport for four people through reception, again with Annika. At no point were we informed that this would cost more than booking a taxi. When we later returned to confirm the pick-up time, we were told that a taxi would have been the cheaper option, but by then we were unable to cancel the shuttle without incurring a fee. We were disappointed by the lack of information provided. Unfortunately, the shuttle did not arrive on the morning of our departure. However, the reception staff handled the situation exceptionally well, quickly arranging a taxi for us at no extra cost. They resolved the issue efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation as smooth as possible."

"Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok."

"Lovely adults only hotel with two pools. Across the road from the beach and lots of local restaurants and bars and shops! Great sea view from our room, amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend renting electric bikes and exploring the local area, lots of bike lanes for safe travel. We used the front infinity pool mostly as the beds were so comfortable (no charge for these). Would also recommend going all inclusive - well worth the money when you think of drinks and food. The cocktails included were not all fantastic but lots to try, and beers and wines available too. La Boomba was a favourite for a night cap! Inclusive food was varied and more than enough. The hotel also had two nights of entertainment which was pleasant as unexpected. Would be better if they informed us of this when we arrived, as some people missed out as they were unaware. We did venture out once during our week stay and enjoyed a local steak. Will be returning soon!"

"The hotel was as pictured and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a pool view upon arrival. The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed. The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location. Parking in the street outside the hotel is safe and available. I was worried about space but it all worked out fine. Thanks for the great trip!"
