"This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza."

The staff were friendly but had significant communication issues, spoke little English, and were not very knowledgeable about the hotel's services. They suggested a hike by chat, but when we arrived, they had no idea what we were talking about. We managed to reorganize for the following days, but it was difficult. "
