Pros: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück kann nicht eingesehen werden. Netter Vermieter. Cons: An Werktagen ist es durch die angrenzende Privatschule (inkl. Sportplatz) zeitweise ziemlich laut.
