A 15 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro Beach, this modern townhouse with AC and Wifi in Sa Pobla can comfortably accommodate 5 guests.

The house is in the town center, where you find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The northern beaches Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia 10-15 km away. You can choose between 2 golf courses in the north, Alcanada and Pollença. Tuesday and Sunday is market day in Alcúdia.

This two-storey house has been renovated with bags of character. The living room with satellite-TV and AC is perfect for a rest. The kitchen with dining area has access to the patio and is well equipped, featuring a dishwasher, gas cooker, vitro hob and much more. A double bedroom and a washroom with toilet are on the ground floor. A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a twin room are on the first floor. All bedrooms come with AC and wardrobe or coat stand.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only durint the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
